Delivery/entry of the vehicles without a driver delivered by Tallink Grupp AS to the territory of Vanasadama D-terminal

Registering the transfer of the means of transport (vehicle):

1. The vehicle, which is delivered to the territory of the port, should have a booking made in advance at Tallink Cargo:

• booking.cargo@tallink.ee or
• +372 612 8686.

2. The consignor should send an e-mail to loadingoperator@tallink.ee stating:

• the name of the company/person sending the vehicle,
• first and last name and personal identification code of the driver delivering the vehicle,
• vehicle registration number.

3. Access to the territory of terminal D is through corridor no. 1, which is located at cargo check-in gates. If the vehicle number has been previously registered (see clause 2), the barrier at the gate opens automatically.

4. The sender of the vehicle hands over the goods to an employee of TLG Stividor OÜ, who prepares an inspection certificate for the means of transport (vehicle). If the vehicle requires any special handling when starting or driving, the consignor of the vehicle should prepare a written instruction that would also be understandable for the stevedore of Helsinki/Stockholm who handles the unloading of the vehicle at the port.

When picking up the vehicle on foot

1. 1. The recipient of the vehicle should send an e-mail to the address tlg.cargo@tallink.ee in advance, stating the first and last name and personal identification code of the person picking up the vehicle.
2. 2. If the person/company picking up the vehicle is not the recipient of the vehicle on the basis of the delivery document, an authorization from the recipient should be presented or sent to receive the vehicle.
3. 3. The drop-off point of TLG Stividor OÜ on the D-terminal territory can be accessed through the foot gate next to D-terminal.

When picking up a vehicle by car

When picking up a vehicle at D-terminal by car, turn from Reid road and drive in the direction of cargo check-in – official entry no. 1 (see the scheme).

1. In order to enter the territory of D-terminal port by car, it is necessary to send the name of the recipient of the vehicle, the registration number of the entering car, the name of the driver and the personal identification code to the e-mail tlg.cargo@tallink.ee in advance (at least 30 minutes before).

   If the information has been sent in advance, the gate of official entry no. 1 will open automatically. If the information has not been sent in advance, you should enter the cargo check-in building to register the entrance for the car.
2. The driver receiving the vehicle should have an identity document or authorization from the person/company receiving the vehicle.
